Complaints for transport damage
It is very important that you immediately report any damage in transport, visible on the product packaging, to the courier who delivers the goods to you. The buyer is obliged to report any damage during transport within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
If you notice such damage, do not sign the receipt of the shipment or ask the courier to wait until you check whether the damage to the packaging caused damage to the product itself or the loss of parts. If the product is not damaged, and all parts are numbered, sign the shipment receipt.
Complaints on data or wrong type of goods
If you have received the shipment and after opening the box found that the delivered goods do not match the ordered or the invoice data is not appropriate, please, no later than 24 hours from the date of receipt of the shipment, call +381 11 2910 861 , or send e -mail with your data (name, surname, phone) to e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and describe what problem you have. As soon as possible, we will respond to the consumer’s complaint and inform you of further action. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 15 days from the moment of its application.
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
You can pay for your order using the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Amex or Maestro payment card. Your card must be approved for online (Internet) payments by the issuing bank.
If you selected this payment method during online ordering, you will be transferred to a bank webpage (Banca Intesa) that is protected and secured for this payment method. On this webpage you need to enter the following data: Card number, Expiration date and CVC2/CVV2 code, all of witch you can find on your card.
When entering payment card data, the confidential information is transmitted through the public network in an encrypted form using the SSL protocol and PKI system as the current state of the art – encryption technologies.
Data security during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Belgrade, so the complete payment process is performed on the bank’s website.

Payment is not possible in any foreign currency, only in RSD (Serbian dinars). For your payment you can only use payment cards from domestic and foreign banks.
The customer who uses the online card payment service through our online store (shopanze.com) must meet the following requirements:
Delivery of the products you ordered through our online store is done through the courier service on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. Via Post Express courier service.
Shortly after confirming your order, the order processing status starts. During the processing to the e-mail address, which you filled in while filling in the data, you will receive a notification about the status of your order or information about a successful purchase.
In case of any problems related to your order, our seller will contact you.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours from the date of the order. Packages are not delivered on weekends, holidays, or official non-working days.
Ordered products will be delivered to the Customer or the person indicated as the consignee within 7 business days, but no later than 30 days from the date of receiving the order on the territory of Serbia. Europe delivery aim—10 business days from the date of order confirmation. Worldwide delivery aim—15–20 business days from the date of order confirmation.
After confirmation, the order enters the processing status. After processing the order, you will be notified of your order status by e-mail. It takes usually 2-3 working days for the order processing. For all orders sent on Fridays and Weekends, the seller will contact you at the beginning of next week.
Delivery Price and method of payment

Payment of ordered products from abroad is done exclusively in advance , while for the Republic of Serbia besides this method it is possible to pay at delivery.
The price of each product in dinars (RSD) is indicated next to the photo of the corresponding product on the Website.

Shipment is delivered to your address by couriers in the period from 8 am to 6 pm. During this period, please ensure that the person who will pick up the shipment is at the address. When receiving a delivery, you need to check the package so that there are no visible damages. If you notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and you suspect that the product may have been damaged, refuse the delivery and notify us immediately, by calling our phone number or by e-mailing us. If the shipment appears to be undamaged, please receive the goods freely and sign the couriers receipt.
The usual practice is that if a courier does not find you at the address, he will call you at the phone number that you left when creating an order, and try to define a new delivery term. If he does not find you at the address for the second time, the shipment will be returned to us. Upon a receipt of the shipment, we will contact you in order to determine the reason of unsuccessful delivery and agree about the new one.
Dear shopanze.com customers, we informe you that according to the Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette of RS, no. 62/2014) purchase via our sales website is considered as distance selling.
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel from a distance contract. The canceling period is 14 days from the day when the goods were delivered to you, without giving a reason. By canceling from the contract, you are released from all obligations except the obligation to pay the costs related to sending the goods returned due to withdrawal from the contract.
The consumer has the right to cancel from the contract by a statement that he can give on a special form for cancelation from the contract concluded at a distance, outside the business premises or in another unambiguous way.

In case of a cancellation of a contract, the buyer is entitled to send the cancellation form. Once you have downloaded the cancellation request, complete and sign. Then send to our e-mail address email@example.com.
As soon as we get your e-mail, we will send you necessary documents for product returning on your e-mail address, which is the verification of your Cancelation Request Form.
The buyer is obliged to return the product without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day when he sent the cancelation form. After the expiration of the period of 14 days from the day when he sent the request for cancelation, the product can no longer be returned.
When returning the goods, it is obligatory to return them in correct and unused condition and originally undamaged packaging, whereby the original invoice must be attached.
The trader is obliged to refund the amount paid by the buyer under the contract without delay, and no later than 14 days after receiving the Cancellation Request Form and upon return of the product.
The costs of returning the goods and money are borne by the consumer, except in cases when the consumer receives a defective or incorrect item.
The costs of sending the goods for their replacement are borne by the buyer.
In case of customer cancelling the order contract, the customer has the right to receive the refund or exchange their order for another item. Payment refunds are effective after shopanze.com receives the item, inspects and confirms that the item is not damaged.
Shopanze.com is responsible of making the refund equal to the amounf that the customer has paid as per the contract with no delays, no later than 15 days after receiving the order contract cancellation request and the consumer sending the item back.

As soon as our team receive the necessary data, we will prepare the necessary documentation and send it along with the refund procedure instructions to the e-mail address you entered when placing the order.
In case of returns or refunds concerning the goods paid for by the buyer with a payment card, in whole or in part and regardless of the reason for return, shopanze.com is held responsible to effect the refund exclusively through the VISA, EC/MC, and Maestro payment methods. This means that at the seller’s request the relevant bank will conduct the refund to the bank account of the card holder.
Products returned due to cancelling the contract must be unused, undamaged and packed in the original packaging. The package you are sending needs to be tightly wrapped and taped.
You cannot send the ordered item to the addresses indicated in the invoice-dispatch note, without prior contact and agreement with the operators in the Online Store, which is listed above. Any such package will be returned to the sender on the cost of the sender.
